These terms apply to your use of video-subtitle.com and our iOS and Android apps.

Free Basic Trial

Basic accounts receive one free video transcription only, allowed up to 10 minutes. If the video is longer than 10 minutes, the system may automatically cut it to the trial limit. Once the free transcription is used once, no additional free transcription is available for that account.

Paid Use

After the free trial is complete, transcribing, translating, exporting, or processing additional videos requires an active paid subscription or available paid credit. You can upgrade anytime to continue with high-quality transcription and full video translation.

Content Hosting

Free accounts are not intended for permanent hosting. Files and outputs for free accounts may be deleted according to our published storage policy. Paid accounts receive hosting while the subscription remains active and within the plan limits.

Payments and Processing

Credit or plan time may be consumed when processing starts. Credit is not guaranteed to be refundable after transcription, translation, or generation begins.
