Content Storage Policy

🆓 Free (Basic) Accounts

Free accounts are not designed for permanent hosting. We host uploaded videos and generated outputs (translated videos, VTT files, summaries) for a maximum of 15 days. After that period, files are automatically removed from our servers to free space for active subscribers.

Basic account allowance — free video transcription uses: 1; maximum length per video, in minutes: 5. After all free uses are consumed, any additional transcription or translation requires upgrading to a paid plan.

Tip: Download your videos and VTT subtitle files before the retention window ends, or upgrade to a paid plan for permanent hosting tied to your subscription.

⭐ Premium (Paid) Accounts

Paid subscriptions get permanent hosting for as long as the subscription remains active. Your content stays online and available for re-download, editing, sharing, and further processing — with no automatic deletion.

Each plan tier comes with its own storage allowance. Once you reach your plan’s storage cap, you’ll need to either upgrade to a higher tier or remove old files before adding new ones.

🔁 What happens if my subscription cancels or expires?

When a paid subscription is cancelled or expires, the account is automatically converted to a Free (Basic) account. From that moment, the same Free-account retention rule applies: hosted content will be automatically removed within 15 days.

To avoid losing your content: either reactivate your subscription before the deadline, or download your videos and subtitle files in advance.

💡 How to back up your content

You can download every file you generated on this site at any time. From your videos library:

• Open the video from your library.
• Use “Download video” to save the full video with embedded subtitles.
• Use “Download VTT” to keep the subtitle file separately.
